Each product can be purchased using one of the following licenses:

• 1. SINGLE LICENSE or 1 Site License: Restricts the user to one installation only. The purchaser (you) can install and use the product on one website only. You can’t install it on multiple websites, even if the other websites are owned by you. If you have multiple websites and would like to install the theme on all or some of them, you will have to repurchase the theme for each website.
• 2. TRIPLE LICENSE or 3 Sites License: Restricts the user to maximum of 3 installations. This license permits you (the purchaser) to install the product on up to 3 websites only.
• 3. DESIGNER LICENSE: Use on as many websites as you want. This license permits you (the purchaser) to install and use the product on as many websites as you want.
• 4. SERIES LICENSE: Use on as many websites as you want. This license permits you (the purchaser) to install and use the product on as many websites as you want.

All contents, including images, videos, published on Roomy Themes website, including contents published on the demo sites of each of our products are properties of Roomy Themes and subjected to copyright. Content from Roomy Theme websites shall not be used or exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without written permission from the Roomy Themes team.

Under no circumstances shall Roomy Themes, its employees, associates, be liable to you or anyone for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of its websites and products.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES OF OUR COMPANY OR A THIRD PARTY COMPONET INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING FAILURE OR DELAYED DISRUPTIONS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Roomy Themes BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE. Since we offer intangible products, we do NOT offer refunds. If you find a bug in our product or if something doesn’t work as it should be, we’ll try to help you fix it. We will only offer a refund if we are certain that the problem is from us and we are unable to fix it. If you caused the said problem, we’ll try to help you fix it, but there’ll be no refunds, regardless of the outcome.

You may NOT claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, even if you modified and no matter the level of modification. All products are property of Roomy Themes. Roomy Themes offers to its paid users custom Weebly templates that are link/ads free. Sponsored link seen on the footer of each theme can be easily turned on/off by users.

Prices of any or all of the products are subject to changes with or without notice.

To improve its services and attract new customers, Roomy Themes makes optional requests to its users to leave information in the form of feedback, testimonials, opinions, social sharing, website links, website screenshots and other information where necessary. Roomy Themes users voluntarily submits these information with the understanding that it can be used by Roomy Themes however it sees fit, even publicly on its websites or other publications, with or without notice.

Certain contents (such as: Testimonials, feedback, before and after examples, etc.) submitted to us are meant for public view. We reserve the right to display such contents on our websites, our affiliate websites, our social media pages, and/or other portals.
