There are a number of ways to receive your purchase once you complete the payment process:
1). The purchased product will be shown to you at the bottom of the payment page. You can click on the product shown to download and save it on your device.
2). You shall receive a confirmation email (receipt) which includes a download link. Click on the product name (download link) to download the product.
3). If you created an account before purchase, the product is automatically added to your account page within “MY DOWNLOADS” tab. If you did not create an account before purchase, you can go ahead and create an account using the same email address you used during purchase and you’ll still the product added to “MY DOWNLOADS” tab of your account.
You can download the product from your account page.
4). If for some reason you have difficulties downloading, you can contact us using any of the numerous contact options available and we shall send you the product.
