I purchased a product a while back but didn’t download it then. I’m trying to download it now but I get this message that “my download link has expired”.
I no longer have my download file and wish to re-download it but my download link has expired.
Our products download links are active for 3 days after purchase, the links expire after 3 days. If you have any of the situations described above, contact us and we will re-send purchase receipt to your email. The purchase receipt contains new download link.
What do I need to get the receipt?
When contacting us for this issue, we need the following items for confirmation:
- Receipt ID of your purchase.
- Email address you used for purchase.
You need to have access to email address you used during purchase because a receipt will be sent to that email.
