I paid for and purchased a product but haven’t received any confirmation message or see any download link.
This will happen if your payment hasn’t cleared. If you’re using eCheck or a payment method that takes sometime to clear the payment then you won’t receive a confirmation message and receive a download link until the payment is cleared.
Our download and and delivery process is automatic. Once the payment is cleared, you’ll automatically receive confirmation message with download link. The download will also be added to your account.
Take note: purchase and download delivery is immediate. This means that the very moment you purchase a product, you’re instantly shown a download link where you’re able to click and download the product. You will also receive an instant confirmation with a download link and receipt, the download is also added to download history of your account. The situation described above happens if (as explained above) your payment method takes a while to clear.
